Have you ever loved someone... so much... that they drove you absolutely crazy?
Crazy love...
Like you want to know... everything they are doing... at this very moment... but you're scared of what you might discover... even though... they only wish you truly knew... because all they really want.. Is for you to understand... how much they miss you...
But you feel like you're involved... in a battle between... your heart and soul... to let go... and hold on... because you can't go on like this... but you can't walk away..
Have you ever... been driving along... and all you can do... is just pull over... stop... put your car in park... brush your hair back... take in a deep breath.. Close your eyes...
And dance... side to side... back and forth... with the one... that knows all the words... to your favorite song... the one... that knows your dearest secrets... understands why you laugh.. When it's not that funny... why you cry... when you're not really sad... and why you yell and scream... when everything seems so right...
It's a fatal human flaw...
Why do we treat the ones we love... as if we don't want them in our lives... it's too easy to just put everything down.. And walk away... everyone is replaceable...
Or is this... just what society wants us to believe? Are we so consumed with breakups... flings... one night stands... that we think that commitment is just an illusion? Is the idea of two people... joining together... uniting... and never walking away... really attainable? Or is it just a grand facade... a game that we play...
When a relationship isn't working... when you truly love someone... and you really want to make it work... is it really possible... to "get happy"? Is it worth the effort... the pain... strife... the agony... the "pain period"?
When you really... truly... deeply... love someone... and you... don't ever... want to let them go... it doesn't really matter... whether it will work... it doesn't really matter.. Whether it will last...
What really matters... is the way you make each other feel... when you're apart... you feel like a piece of your heart... has been torn from your chest... when she cries... you can't help but feel sad.. And when she tells you, "I love you"... you can't help but know... that...
This is not crazy love... this is soul mate love.
